Product Introduction
The thermal inactivation of serum is accomplished by raising the serum temperature to 56℃ and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes. Thermal inactivation can destroy complement and ensure that cells will not crack when combined with antibodies.
Product Application
Can be use for culturing induce pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), embryonic stem cells (ESC) and that like, and is suitable for long-term culture of human and mouse embryonic stem cells, adult stem cell and primary cells. Heat-inactivated serum is recommended for cell culture in immunological research.
