Midi Exo-spin™色谱柱和树脂孔径

纯化管柱床体积为10ml，在柱顶部可以加1ml的液体。填充树脂的孔径大约为30nm，以实现高纯度的外泌体洗脱。小于30 nm的所有其他分子（例如蛋白质，脂质）将进入孔中并保留在管柱中。
