产品介绍:
EX01 Exo-spin™试剂盒包含沉淀剂(buffer)和mini SEC纯化管柱(column),可处理多达50ml的细胞培养上清、唾液、尿液、体液、母乳、脑脊液以及其他低蛋白样本。
(注:若涉及质谱实验,请选择EX03, EX04或EX05系列。)
实验操作主要分三步进行:

分离去除细胞和细胞碎片;
-
加入沉淀剂,获得沉淀物,取沉淀物加入PBS重悬;
-
用纯化管柱对沉淀重悬液做进一步纯化,获得外泌体。
整个过程无需超高速离心,耗时2个小时左右。(EX01系列也可用于血浆/血清类样本提取,具体操作参考EX02说明书即可。)
Mini Exo-spin™色谱柱和树脂孔径
纯化管柱床体积为500ul,在柱顶部可以加100ul的液体。填充树脂的孔径大约为30nm,以实现高纯度的外泌体洗脱。小于30 nm的所有其他分子(例如蛋白质,脂质)将进入孔中并保留在管柱中。
